Corporate Strategic plan

The university has developed the first Five –Year Corporate Strategic Plan [CSP] for July 2016 to June 2021] in its bid to focus its training, research, outreach services and production ventures in manner that they assume industry- and societal- responsiveness nature. This CSP serves as the main driver of our institutional performance, image and branding, notably our responsiveness to the needs of our stakeholders.  The university management and internal stakeholders therefore value this resolve, which is underpinned by institutional vision, missions, core values, objects, corporate social responsibility and the 12 Strategic Goals or Strategic Key Ares of this CSP.
